Returns Policy:

We know choosing the right product and color is an important part of your project.  Ordering a sample gives you the opportunity to see the product in person and feel confident in your decision before making a larger investment.  The sample fee primarily helps cover the cost of packaging and shipping it directly to you.  For this reason, sample orders are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.  Thank you for your sample order, we hope it makes your final decision a little easier!
